HOW TO APPLY
In order to register, applicants will first complete the form below and pay the attached application fee. Students applying for Kindergarten and Elementary 1 are required to present a valid birth certificate, proof of status in Canada, and pay an application fee. Academic records are not required for Kindergarten students.
For all other categories of students, all relevant records and documents (original citizenship or landed immigrant document; Medicare Card; cumulative school year report card for the past two years; and all report cards received during the academic year) are required alongside the application.
Upon application, it is understood that prospective students agree to accept the regulations of the school as their standard of conduct. In addition, students applying for Secondary School are required to pass an English and Mathematics entrance examination prior to full admission.

CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY
Greaves Adventist Academy is a private, non-subsidized school; therefore, it does not require an Eligibility Certificate for English Language Instruction in accordance with Bill 101.
Quebec-wide, in order to be eligible for Kindergarten, a child must be five years old on or before September 30th. Similarly, in order to be eligible for Elementary 1, children are to be six years old on or before September 30th. High school eligibility requires a child to be 12 years old by September 30th of that school year.
